Located near the town of Dunlap, this simple through girder bridge crosses Mill Creek.
Built in 1916, the bridge consists of a single through girder span, approached several spans of trestle. The main span was originally built at an unknown location in in 1901. The entire bridge rests on timber substructures.
These types of bridges are common as more permanent works, built to replace wooden trestles over larger creeks. The approaches of this bridge were updated in 1963.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in fair condition, with minor deterioration.
The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
